I met with Ms. Jordan to provide her in person update along with flyers for distribution to teachers and parents of students at Luxford Elementary School.

A Delivery-Day is set for March 11 at 3pm -- to deliver and help teachers setup the charging station shelves in their classroom.
I created a fundraising card that include a brief information about my project.
I updated my flyer to include my prototype.
My parents helped me created a fundraising video. and posting via their network. I also distributed information to my teacher and bus driver.
During the Winter break and up to January, I worked on my prototype. I finally finished it during the Snow day! During this time, I also add a Velcro as one of options for teachers to install their power strip.

In December 2024, my parents purchased a prototype for the Chromebook Charging Station to build. This prototype will serve as the basis for the final version of my Eagle Scout project, providing a physical reference to guide the construction process.
I worked on my Eagle Scout Service Project Proposal and Fundraising Plan, and received feedback from my Eagle Project mentor.
I received approval for the project from my Scoutmaster, Unit Committee Chair, and council.
On December 7, 2024, I received council and district approval for my Eagle Scout project. This milestone marked the official green light to proceed with my Chromebook Charging Station, bringing me one step closer to making it a reality.
In August 2024, I was showed a model by my beneficiary for a model of the Chromebook Charging Station for my Eagle Scout project. It provided a clear vision of the final design and helped me understand how to move forward with the actual build.
On September 12, 2024, I met with Mrs. Jordan and Ms. Babbs to discuss my Eagle Scout project. During the meeting, we reviewed the project idea, gathered feedback, and clarified expectations, which helped solidify the direction for my Chromebook Charging Station.
In August 2024, I officially communicated with Luxford Elementary regarding my Eagle Scout project. This initial contact helped establish a partnership about what is wanted/needed.
Once I earned the Star Rank, I started looking at potential projects. I conducted research on potential Eagle Scout projects. This phase involved exploring different ideas, assessing their feasibility, and determining how they could benefit the community. The research helped me narrow down my options and eventually led me to choose a project with Luxford Elementary School.

I considered to build a Pavilion for my Charter Organization; however, after consultation with my Eagle Project mentor and other factors, this would Project would take longer and more involved with getting permit to building as well as inspection.
